Fresh, Intriguing Thriller

This installment continues Bobby’s relentless search for his mother’s killer. When Bobby McGowan is handed a decades-old videotape and asked to identify a murderer with no face, he finds himself facing his most daunting challenge yet.

The author, Brian O’Sullivan, continues his saga of Bobby’s search for a killer captured on a decades-old, barely discernible video tape. The premise is compelling, and the dialogue feels true to both the characters and the unfolding action. His character development is strong and deliberate, giving the story added depth. While not a stand-alone novel, it remains easy to follow whether or not you’ve experienced the previous installments. The momentum he builds keeps the reader invested from start to finish.

The narrator, Jack de Golia, delivers a solid and engaging performance. His voice is versatile, giving each character a distinct presence that maintains continuity throughout the audiobook. His tonal inflections, pacing, and well-placed pauses enhance the tension and clarity of the narrative. He brings an added layer of immersion that elevates the listening experience.
